WAXING

Waxing lasts longer than shaving, there are no cuts or nicks that can leave you with scars. Shaving can cause rashes on sensitive skin and stimulates the growth of hair in the area you have shaved.  For many, waxing makes the hair grow in finer and slower, over time reducing the hair in the area significantly.  Waxing produces smoother results because hair is pulled from the root. Waxing will make your skin feel smoother, longer, & without feeling itchy because of slower hair regrowth. Microdermabrasion is a general term used to buff away the surface layer of your epidermis-the outer most layer of your skin.  This layer acts as a shield and is a set of dead skin cells on top of another set of skin cells which are maturing. The epidermis is the home of fine lines, sun damage, uneven skin tone and imperfections.  The procedure of microderm disturbs the epidermis layer and the body signals interpret that as a mild injury- rushing to rejuvinate and repair the skin with new, plump healthy skin cells.
